ONLY ON CVP: A five-car crash on southbound Route 208 tied up morning rush traffic.
One person reported minor head and hand injuries in the crash around 8:50 a.m. in the left lane between Harristown Road and Maple Avenue.
Two tow trucks dealt with the damaged vehicles while Fair Lawn Heavy Rescue members attended to a fluid spill.
Fair Lawn Fire Company #2, Fair Lawn EMS, and Fair Lawn police also responded, along with Glen Rock police.
PD officers lent assistance for a short period. Injuries were reported to an individual’s head and hand. The accident was reported at 8:50 AM.
