ONLY ON CVP: A 22-year-old Paterson man had sex with two different underage girls, one in South Hackensack and the other in Elmwood Park, an indictment returned in Hackensack alleges.
Raydel Irizarry spent more than two weeks in the Bergen County Jail following his Oct. 29, 2013 arrest before posting $100,000 bail.
Authorities said the statutory rape of a 14-year-old occurred in South Hackensack and the other of a 15-year-old in Elmwood Park, after which he was arrested.
Irizarry is charged with three counts of sexual assault and two of child endangerment.
