A man who Upper Saddle River police found walking in and out of traffic early Wednesday had just burglarized an acquaintance’s home, authorities said.
Responding officers found 18-year-old Zachary Fischer “staggering in the middle” of East Saddle River Road at 7:40 a.m., Detective Lt. Edward Kane told Daily Voice.
Fischer told them he’d been driving to a local store to buy breakfast, Kane said. READ MORE….
