Neighboring police rushed to Englewood near the Teaneck border Thursday night after an armed carjacker bailed out of the vehicle and fled on foot, gun in hand, law enforcement sources told Daily Voice.
The owner of the Ford Explorer told police he’d just returned home with his wife, who went inside while he began unloading items from the vehicle near the intersection of Cleveland Street and West Palisade Avenue. just after 8 p.m., Capt. Timothy Torell told Daily Voice.
