A 33-year-old woman with a criminal history was charged with heroin possession after she was found in a Bergen County Courthouse bathroom on Friday with a needle in her arm, authorities told Daily Voice.
County sheriff’s officers were preparing to use Narcan to revive Carly Fletcher of Vernon Township when “she came around,” Anthony Cureton of the sheriff’s office said.
