Quick-responding Franklin Lakes police grabbed two Brooklyn men moments after they said they tried to use a stolen credit card at a local supermarket.
Authorities said David Noel, 24, tried to use the card for a $3,000 purchase at the Super Stop and Shop on Franklin Avenue, was denied and ran out.
He was trying to hop into a car being driven through the lot by 22-year-old Wollens Francois when police pulled up just after 4 p.m. Wednesday, Lt. John Bakelaar said. READ MORE….
