Emergency responders used a Stokes basket to rescue a North Carolina man who fell nine feet from a window sill at a River Vale construction site Tuesday afternoon.
The 58-year-old victim was taken by ambulance to HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley in Westwood and then flown by AirMed One to the main campus after he slipped and fell onto the concrete floor below around 3:10 p.m., Detective Sgt. John DeVoe said.
